Registrations for 2010 season are now being accepted.  Click here to download a 2010 registration.  Mail the completed registration for and the $85 player fee to:

You can expect to receive a letter from the YFL around the middle of June that contains the team you will be playing on, the equipment handouts dates, and more information about the upcoming season.

COACHES.  If you are interested in being a coach or assistant coach for a YFL team, please list your name and phone number at the bottom of the players registration form.

PHYSICAL FORMS.  If a player did NOT play in the YFL last season, they will be required to complete a Physical Examination “Form A” (Needs to be completed by a physician).  This form needs to be turn in at the equipment hand out/parent meeting – it does not need to be mailed in with the registration form. 

Returning players should complete a “Form B” (completed by a parent) and turn it in at the equipment hand out/parent meeting.
